I just moved a family domain from G Suite to Zoho. Seems to have mostly worked out so far... but... it seems that the G Suite import took deleted items (~10K in my dad's account) and turned them into archived items in the Zoho inbox.
That in itself is not a problem, but in ActiveSync, it appears that these archived items are included so his inbox in Outlook or iOS Mail has 10K+ emails. The documentation I've seen suggests archived items don't show up in folders accessed via IMAP, but they seem to show up in folders accessed via ActiveSync.
Any advice? Is there any way to change that? Or is the right approach to just bulk delete all the archived items in the inbox and/or move them to a different folder where they can be archived or not?
