Hey Guys

Just testing my zoho account prior to going live and noticed that when I archive messages they disappear. They do not appear in the archive folder as they should and indeed as messages did when we opened the account last month. I can see the earlier archived messages but not the ones archived today.

Are the zoho servers having issues?

Does this happen often?  We were going to use zoho for customer support but having second thoughts now.
