Archived projects count against total?

Archived projects count against total?

I just archived a project in my account to make room for an additional project but I cannot create a new one now.

Does this mean that archived projects count against our "total projects allowed" for the plan we've signed up for?

I can't find a way to delete a project, so I was hoping that by archiving one that it would allow me to create a new one... If old projects accumulate against my "total", this service is going to get expensive pretty quick! :)
