I am looking into using Zoho. Specially Zoho one and of course utilizing Zoho mail. From what I’ve read on these forums and from others, Zoho mail will send your emails to the recipients spam/junk folder. This happens even if you use a custom domain and have all the verification records set up properly. The most recent post I saw was just several months ago and the oldest dating back 8 year. 

So is zoho Mail really this unreliable? Why hasn’t this been resolved?
