We use Zoho CRM and Campaigns to manage our website users.

We would like to ask users to review the data we hold in their record, so that they can validate the information and, where data is incomplete, add to their profile data. For example, is their company still the same or has it changed?

Is there any way to do this using either the CRM or Campaigns directly, rather than having to create user profiles on our website that pull in the CRM data? I know users can edit preferences via the preference centre in Campaigns - can they also edit their profile information?

If anyone can advise on how to achieve this, it would be much appreciated.
