Associated reports producing duplicate records

Associated reports producing duplicate records

I have been trying to create a report for candidate records that includes note content and associated Job Opening. When I select these elements the report creates duplicate line items for the same candidate. I can not seem to find the correct criteria to produce the correct outcome. Do you have any idea how to have all of these elements but eliminate the duplicate issue?
