Attach Desk ticket to Project task using integration
I have set up the Projects integration within Desk. This allows me to create a new task within Projects which we use primarily for software development.
I need the ability to attach a Desk ticket to an existing task on Projects. This will allow developers to see that for a given Project task there have been 3 Desk tickets attached. When the bug is fixed by the developer then we can notify the relevant customers easily.
TLDR; When theres a bug on our SASS product we will have multiple users raising Desk tickets for the same issue which is fine, but we only want 1 corresponding Project task which is linked to all the Desk tickets.
Is this possible? I can create a Project task from a Desk ticket but not attach to an existing Project task.
