attached files do not show progress, and instead shows this error in console 

what can I do to solve this issue if its related to my hardware? 

note that I re-installed my windows system thinking that the issue is related to my system files, and I re-scanned my drive for viruses and there were none .. I also tried uploading attachments through the same accounts from different machines and it worked fine .. just 2 machine show this error !
