Attachment Section of CRM
Hello,
It would be great if there was a drop-down field where you could label what each attachments is when added. Then, you could use this drop-down field to create workflows or reports.
For example, in our deals module, when a PDF called a "POE" is added to the deal, it could trigger our on-boarding team to on-board the customer. Then, we could pull a report to see what deals are missing the "POE" attachment.
