Hello,

I am facing this issue for a few months now, any attachments i send out from my Zoho mailbox (excel, word, image)gets corrupted. I am not able to view it from my sent email. My recipients always revert saying they cant open the attachment it is corrupted

I send the same attachments to the same recipents, using the same laptop from my gmail account and they are able to use the attachments fine

pls help resolve this problem
