Authenticate domain with TXT records not working after months
Hi,
In Zoho Invoice >> Settings >> Organization Profile, I have a notice that I need to authenticate my domain with Zoho to prevent my invoices from going to spam folders. I followed the directions in the Authenticate Now button, by adding both the SPF and DKIM TXT records to my domain name provider. After clicking Validate, I am told neither record can be found and I should try again later. I returned to this tab months later and attempted to validate again, but I am still getting errors. My domain name provider does not know what to do. Do you have any suggestions on how I can get these records found so my domain name can be authenticated by Zoho?
