Authentication Failed - impossible to sent emails from WP SMTP email plugin.

Please help if possible. Tried all possible ways to send an email from my WP website but every time I get the same error: Authentication Failed.

Although when tried using swaks on linux, email was sent succesfully, but using the same login info does not work on WP plugin.

P.S. tried setting Application-Specific Passwords, same issue is still present.
