Hi, Help or guidance please...

We have a simple form, with a date picker used to select a customer requested date for an item to be ready by.

However in most cases I want it to default to 7 days from now, eg it will be ready in 7 days from the date we fill in the form.

So I want to either auto fill the date field with today + 7 days or add a function to the formula that will do this.

I cannot seem to find a list of date functions apart from the default list of datediff.

Any suggestions or is it a big ask?
