Using the ZohoBooks API for submitting new sales orders the auto number generation is not working. The documentation says this:
salesorder_number
Optional
Mandatory if auto number generation is disabled.
However, when we leave it out, the API always returns an error, even though the ZohoBooks Settings is configured for using the auto number generation.
Can you fix the API please, or tell us for a possible workaround for this issue?
We contacted support on this more than a week ago, but haven't yet heard back from you.
