Auto populate custom client fields?

Auto populate custom client fields?

I like how the Client field auto populates when I start typing in the field when I'm in Job Openings. It doesn't do this when I type in a custom field I've created in the Candidate that links to Clients (for me, their law firms). Any way to have these fields auto populate when you begin typing?
