We are a consulting/staffing firm. Our billing rates differ from client to client. In a dream world, this is what I would like to happen.

1) We enter a markup percentage (custom field) in the client record.

2) When we create a new job opening for that client, the markup percentage (in the client record) auto-populates in that job opening record.

3) When we submit a candidate to the client, the bill rate is calculated as such: Candidate's Pay Rate (custom field) * Job Opening Markup Percentage. 

Is any of this possible?
