Auto Reply for Account

I need to an auto-reply generated for any incoming email. I do not want to ask each user to create an an out-of-office where they can 'accidentally' alter or delete. This would need to be a standard reply sent automatically in advance of the user actually replying. Is there a setting to allow for this globally?
