Auto-responses

Hi, I tried setting up our auto-response email but the system says it's only available for Enterprise accounts. We have been on paid account for quite a long time now and all of our auto-responses were already set-up before merging/updating to this new system/interface. Also, can we get back all our email templates? It seems it wasn't included when your updated our system. Thanks
