When replying to or forwarding a message, many times we wish to include another member of our team, either by CC/BCC, or forwarding the message directly to them.

The system auto-completes the email addresses of customers, but we are forced to type the entire address for agents.  This is more of a convenience, but would it be possible to also perform an auto-completion of addresses against the agent list?
