Autofill Date & Time of Response not working in Offline Kiosk Mode

I created a hidden Date & Time field on my form and selected the option to Autofill Date & Time of Response so that I could automatically capture the date and time someone completed the form but this does NOT work correctly when using the form in offline kiosk mode.

For example a user completed a form on 14 May 2024 at 8pm, my device was in offline kiosk mode at the time.
2 days later on 16 May 2024 at 11am I connected my device to the internet and the offline entries were synced to my Google Sheet but the Date & Time recorded was 16 May 2024 at 11am rather than the date & time the user actually completed the form.

How can we capture the actual date & time the user completed the form submission when using offline kiosk mode?
