I'm working on automating a recurring job posting for a long-standing labor hire role that we update monthly. Right now, I can automate the creation of the job opening using scheduled tasks and Deluge scripts. However, the challenge comes with publishing the job to our connected job boards.
When I manually create a job posting, I select "Publish on Job Boards" and complete the steps, but I'm looking for a way to automate this part too. I believe the job boards pull listings from an XML feed, so I'm wondering if there's a way to set up the system such that when a new job is created (say, with a specific status like "Published"), it automatically appears in the XML feed and gets picked up by the job boards.
