Automatic Emails?

I'm a new user, but Zoho Projects works great so far! Thanks! I have a few questions /suggestions. 1. Can email notices be optional or manual, not automatic? Or is there a way I can turn it off or on, and I just don't know? 2. The reports view gets a little confused if there's a lot of text. Can that be fixed? Anyway, thanks again for a great product. Keep it up.
