I understand that email assignment is automatic when adding users with an email address that has email hosting enabled in Zoho One Directory.
However, when we initially created our users, email hosting was not enabled in Zoho One Directory. Now that it is enabled, any newly created users are automatically assigned mailboxes in Zoho Mail, which is great.
Our challenge is with the existing users who were created before email hosting was enabled. Currently, the only way to create mailboxes for them is to manually go into each employee’s profile and click on "Create Mailbox." This is time-consuming and inefficient for large organizations.
We would like a way to automatically create mailboxes for all existing users who do not have one yet, instead of having to process them manually one by one.
Please consider adding this feature to streamline the process. Looking forward to your feedback.
