Hello,

We have Time Tracking set to Automatic in Zoho Desk. We have the Zoho Assist integrated into our desk. Is there a way to set Zoho Desk to automatically add the time spent during the Zoho Assist session into the time history for a ticket? I have not been able to find an answer to this looking through the community and Knowledge Base.
