Dear Zoho,
I have 4 people adding candidates to Zoho recruit. Why not do a duplicate check on email address? This avoids duplicate entries. Would be a great help.
You can design it in the same way a new user signs up for a hotmail account (for example) and the hotmail site checks automatically if it is still available. If the address is not available my staff will know the user is already in the system.
