Avoiding duplicate entries in ZOHO
My understanding when we decided to launch ZOHO was that when entering candidates or clients to the system that it would recognize duplicate email addresses. Ensuring that we didn't run into duplicates. Clearly this is not the case. Other than the obvious (ie entering a candidate name before entering into the system to check for duplicates) does anyone have a solution to this? This is a pretty basic feature to set up and I'm shocked (again) with some of the mediocrity of the ZOHO platform.
