background session for support tech
HI,
We currently use ScreenConnect and they have ability to connect in what they call a backstage unattended session. This does not disrupt the local user. The tech is presented a CMD dialog and also a PS (powershell) dialog.
** The tech can run some GUI applications, like Windows Task Scheduler, etc.

We like this feature and are wondering if it is possible with ZOHO Assist?
