Banner Not showing properly

We have been working on a site using banners and they were working fine however now:

1. The third image in the slideshow you cannot resize
2. Now the banner only shows on the left hand side of the page and you cannot rezie the images, in gact if you try to enalrge them with "resize" slider it makes them smaller not larger

Does anyone know how to fix this we can't move forward without it being correct?
