Greetings From Atlanta, Georgia USA,

We have created a new layout in Opportunities for a client so that after the record has hit 'Closed Won' - they use the new layout to track certain data for the installation of the order.

They now would like a 'button' so they can click on the Opportunity and have a .pdf of the data emailed to the person in the field.

Is this possible and if so, does anyone have a link or wisdom to share?
