Notes in Zoho Mail
Notes in Zoho Mail allow you to jot down meeting summaries quickly, to-do lists, and creative ideas—right from your inbox. Each note is neatly stored, searchable, and accessible anytime. Whether you are brainstorming, planning your day, or tracking follow-ups, Notes helps you stay organized.
Access Notes
Notes in Zoho Mail is available in the left pane of the Zoho Mail interface for easy and better access. In the Notes tab, you can view all your created notes, including default views, grouped notes, and all applied tags. You can effortlessly create a new Note in Zoho Mail using the New Note option.
Additionally, you can create a new note in Zoho Mail using Contextual integration. Simply highlight the text by selecting, and the Smart create menu pops up.
Click on the Create Note icon to create a note with highlighted text.
