We Are using email in to automatically create leads in our pipelines. When we want to reply from conversations, and apply an email template, it’s not matching the original subject line. It should be lead name to match. But it’s not working. Even if we manually use text plus company name merge field we can’t get it working. Any helpful suggestions on how to correctly maintain subject line?
