Billing capabilities of Zoho Desk and time tracking
Hi there,
Can I set multiple different billing criteria that is also customer related?
For example, I can charge customer X more as they are based in a developed country instead of customer Y that is located in a less privileged country.
I would like to apply a flat rate charged per customer initially, and perhaps a different rate per agent which depends on which customer the service is provided.
So far, there is only cost per agent, cost per profile and fixed cost for tickets. None seem to acomplish what I'm looking for. What are the options now?
