I know I am posting in the wrong support group for my issue, but the Analytic team does not seem to be answering my tickets. I have replied to ticket no. 104757202 and opened a new ticket, 106850637, and got no reply. I also sent an email to payments@zohocorp.com three days ago and no reply.
