I recently joined a company and now have access to Zoho Social. I have the company Bitly account connected to my Zoho Social account (it's connected fine in the Publishing section) but when I schedule a post, the bitly link isn't automatically generated. When my colleague does it in her account, the Bitly link is automatically generated. Please could you let me know why it isn't working for me?
