Blacklisted Domain and email

Hi,
I'm informed several emails and domains in "Email Black List" and "Domain Black List" but I'm still receiving 200 emails every day from spammers. Which field in the header of the email Zoho considers to check if emails is in the black list or not? Please, consider the attached screenshot in the header. I'd like to know how can I block this kind of email.

In the image header says "permitted sender" but domain is on black list. I don't understand the criteria for this.
