We use Zoho to answer the customer service emails of our company.
However, in the last days we are constantly being blocked. According to the rules of use, this happens because the emails sent are Bulk emails in short periods of time, and to several recipients at the same time.
But this is not the case: we do not send any Bulk emails, and we always send emails to unique recipients. It is possible that we send many different emails in short periods of time, because our response is very fast.
Would there be any way to solve this block?
