Blocked Account due to International Travel

A user in my group’s email address is blocked when she tries to log in, but in my control panel the email address is not showing in the troubleshoot section as being blocked. Please can it be unblocked asap.

I am getting slightly fed up with the number of times that our accounts get blocked. We are a travel agency so we travel a lot for work, and we encounter this problem again and again, relentlessly resetting passwords every time we get off a flight in another part of the world.
