I have just signed up for this email service as my last host had deliverability issues.

We as a business send out weekly invoices to 120+ customers every Thursday evening. We set a delay of 4 seconds from every email and we got blocked. This has caused us major issues. Not only do we not know who has or hasn't received their invoice, we are going to annoy some customers sending two invoices eventually.

Can you please either tell us what a reasonable delay of sending an email should be to prevent us from getting blocked or could you sort something out on our account on an individual basis to allow us to send to this many customers?
