Hello all, my company recently launched a sales development division who are beginning to cold call and schedule product demos for Account Executives.

I want these reps to have calendar style scheduling links for each of the full-stack reps and then be able to slot them in on their calendars.

I'd like for the prospect to also be created as a lead inside of the account executives CRM, but currently Bookings only marks the record owner as the person who is super-admin of the CRM.

I am also aware that CRM has both an internal bookings system, outside of Zoho Bookings/Flow.

Has anyone ran into a situation similar to this? I need help otherwise it will force me to switch over to using something like calendly.
