Bookings Notifications for Staff
Good afternoon. We are currently working on the trial version of Bookings as we review its usage for our client needs to schedule with specific team members. We set everything up and it appears to be working, with the exception of sending an email to our staff members.
When we test this, as the customer, I get a notification of the meeting. However, our staff members don't get an email. They do get a notification in the app (under the bell for notification), but the setting in Bookings says they will receive an email notification.
Is this a known problem? If not, what should we be doing differently?
