The integration is such that when a new Potential is created, a BOOKS estimate is created and linked to the Potential.

The problem:

1. The first line item of the BOOKs estimate is the [Opportunity Name], [Description], and [Amount]. 
2. The BOOKS estimate is modified to include multiple line items from the BOOKS Items because this what we sell, not the Potential.  We do not want the 'default' line item in our BOOKS estimates.
3. Every time the Potential is modified, line item #1 is overwritten with the Potential data from 1) above.

We have to update every estimate with items we are quoting.  We want to be change the Potential data like stage throughout the sales cycle.  We cannot tolerate zoho changing BOOKS estimates after they have been sent.

This is a urgent matter for us.

PS - A work around is to keep 'Potential line item #1' on the estimate and not use the [Amount] field which is undesirable because of how [Amount] is leveraged in CRM reporting.
