Broken Credit Card Feed (Capital One)

The feed to my bank / credit card company hasn't synced since late December and has an error message that says "feed broken."  I have tried (many, many times) to update my credentials, and I have quadruple-checked that they are the login credentials used with my bank.

If I try enough times I get Error 412, which indicates that it's not my password that's the issue.

I've reached out to Helpdesk and not been given anything beyond "check your password".  What is the real issue?  Is anyone else having this problem?  And when will it be fixed?  It's been a month of being unable to reconcile my account.
