Broken Link on Notebook - Shows on the mac computer and the internet but will not load on the windows. I cannot log out of it as it keeps telling me no. Please help.

Broken Link on Notebook - Shows on the mac computer and the internet but will not load on the windows. I cannot log out of it as it keeps telling me no. Please help.

Notebook shows a broken link symbol on windows , but shows fine on the mac and the internet.
Cannot get it to load with notes.    Cannot log out of it to log back in,   Help.
