Bulk upload used to work fine, but now I cannot use it anymore. All I see is a white screen under "select a file to download". I have upgraded flashplayer but that didn't help. I use IE9 but also for Chrome it doesn't work. This really affects my business, so a fast solution is appreciated. It looks like the same issue as posted on 3 februari 2011 but the detail of the solution is not included in the post, so that's not very helpfull.
