Campaigns Automation stuck

I have an automation in Campaigns. When I first created it and tested with myself as a contact, I went through the trigger (link clicked in an email), and then got an error that the contact didn't have required information to create a new task in the CRM - I had only put my email address with no other profile info. I updated my profile and duplicated the email and automation to update them, now I am stuck at the trigger, not even moving past it with an error message. I'm also not triggering as re-enrolls on the automation.
