Can 2 territories within CRM have different/customised modules/fields or do they both use the same account/deal/lead etc. forms?

I believe I can create territories within CRM to account for the different aspects of our business, my question is can I customise the modules within each territory?
An example would be:
T1 - Account module will ask for size, weight etc.
T2 - Account module wouldn't need size and weight but may need date range (from-to) and countries etc.
Is possible to create different fields within different modules for the two or more territories?
Can I also restrict access to the territories for team members? but also allow key individuals to have access to both?
Will they feed through to Analytics as two territories?
