If our web page has multiple job posting published, can a candidate apply for more than one of them?

Right now it appears that each candidate form requires a unique email address, which means that if I have applied for a job already then I cannot submit my info for another job unless I provide another email address. Is this a bug or am I missing some setting to allow this?
