We use stream feature in ZMail heavily. We’re a small foreign trade company. Everyday I receive many emails from potential customers asking about pricing. I will go through them, and forward them to different sales guys, and @them in Stream, to assign the new leads to them. I wonder whether there’s a report feature for Stream, so that in the weekly meeting, I can take this report to discuss with each sales guy, how many leads are assigned to him through Stream this week, how he’s following up, where are the difficulties, what help he needs from me….is such a Stream report possible?
