I just created a new free personal account and I've been unable to add POP3 external accounts. I've tried three different ones and each time I get "unable to connect to server. check your server details". Before I request help troubleshooting this, I just want to know: can I do this with my free account?

I never saw anything saying I couldn't, but I'm sure I've entered everything correctly.
