We are a US company who invoice in USD, however we have EU VAT registration. We don't charge EU VAT but for purposes of EU reporting our invoices are required to show "VAT" in the total section of the table, and then 0.00 as a number. This is where "tax" usually is.

Seems like whatever I do I can't find a way to do this. Our invoice templates show "Tax" as the label by default and it's non-editable. 

Is there anything we can do to make this change? Seems crazy to not be able to change the label. I assume it's because we are US based with a single currency.
